U.S. RE Signs Up Louisiana Workers' Comp Fund

The Louisiana Construction and Industry Self Insurance Fund has named U.S. RE to provide excess reinsurance for the self-insured association of contractors, Paul Dzielinski, U.S. RE Senior Vice President, reported. In connection with a restructuring of management, a consultant recommended U.S. RE. "We've been asked to conduct a thorough review of the Fund's reinsurance program and propose solutions to the Board of Directors, including per person and catastrophic accident coverage," Dzielinski explained. Mark Tullis is Administrator of the New Orleans-based Fund.
