Uni-Ter International Insurance Company, Ltd. a Bermuda based, registered Class 3 Insurer provides a facility to third party insureds to effect self-insurance. The company was established under a private act of the Bermuda Legislature, The Uni-Ter International Insurance Company, Ltd. Act 1997. The Act permits Uni-Ter to establish "Separate Accounts" or cells which legally partition the programs facilitated by the company. In effect, the results of a single program cannot be impacted by the results of other programs facilitated by Uni-Ter.
